In November 2004 the Centre was established as an Academic Centre within the Griffith Business School. Our role was to progress knowledge and understanding of consumer investments, spending and household financial management decisions through undertaking innovative projects and high quality research.

We have been involved in a number of projects with internal elements such as the Griffith Business School and Griffith International as well as external bodies such as Youth and Family Services (Logan), Loganlea High School and Relationships Australia.
