Mooloolaba is located on the Sunshine Coast of Southern Queensland and offers a Prep to Year 7 Education Queensland curriculum . The school draws it students from Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland and Cotton Tree. Currently the school has a student population of approximately 520. The full range of curriculum areas are well catered for with special expertise in The Arts, Sport, Technology and Early Childhood Education.
The school offers a range of specialist lessons. Children access specialist lessons in Physical Education, Music, and for students in year 4-7 Japanese. An Instrumental Program is continually developing within the school. The school has access to two specialists in the areas of Woodwind, Brass, Percussion and Strings.
Our school has had all primary classes cabled enabling full internet access. The school also maintains a specialised intranet for staff and pupil use in the school. All classes access computers on a regular basis with a major in class emphasis in Years 6 and 7. The school has established a computer laboratory supported through the planned purchase of additional computers. Children in lower school receive specialist computer lessons to help build their skills and support in class use in later years.
