Matthew Flinders Girls Secondary College’s purpose is to build a learning community that challenges and supports young women to develop as independent and life long learners, continually striving for excellence.

The College operates on two sites. Years 7, 10, 11 and 12 are located on the largest site, whilst Years 8 and 9 are on our newly acquired and refurbished site, the Helen Fraser Campus. The new campus has enabled us to create open learning spaces for Years 8 and 9 students where they are challenged and prepared for 21st century learning using an inquiry based learning approach.
